Harena Resources is a private Australian natural resources company that is strategically positioned to supply critical rare earth magnet metals (neodymium, praesidium, dysprosium and terbium into Western supply chains for renewable energy production.
At Harena we are focused on advancing the 75% owned Ampasindava Rare Earths Ionic Clay Project in Madagascar. Ampasindava is one of the most significant Ionic Clay Rare Earths deposits in the world outside of China and Harena is moving quickly to develop this Resource.

Joe Belladonna
Managing Director
Certified Practicing Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the resources industry, including listed gold and base metal companies. He has held a range of executive positions. Joe was previously the chief financial officer and company secretary of Western Areas Ltd.
Allan Mulligan
Executive Technical Director
Mining Engineer with extensive experience at operating, exploring and developing mines in Africa. A founder of Walkabout Resources and the Lindi Jumbo Graphite Project.
Recently managing the Ionic Rare Earth project in Uganda.
Tim Morrison
Chair
Non-Executive Director and founder of Galena Mining Limited (G1A). In this role, he worked with the team to secure project finance and bring the mine into production within 5 years of listing. Timothy has more than twenty years’ experience private and public listed markets.
Stephen Lynn
Non Executive Director
Geologist with over 25 years’ experience in exploration and development of a range of commodities including nickel, gold, and base metals. He has worked extensively within Australia, South America and Russia, including 15 years in Western Australia for Great Central Mines, Gold Fields and IGO Limited.
Philippa Leggat
Non Executive Director
Mineral industry executive with over 20 years’ experience in advancing domestic and international projects along the value chain. She has served as an executive, director and advisor to ASX listed companies engaged in capital raising, exploration, development and project evaluation.
